Tennis Court Reservations
The Kings Charter community tennis courts are for the use and enjoyment of all KCOA Members and their guests. Use of
the tennis courts and the making of reservations are on a first come-first serve basis when a court has not been reserved in
advance, and shall be limited to no more than 90 minutes, except in the event of a KCOA Authorized Tennis Team event or
function, or as may be otherwise approved by the KCOA Board of Directors. KCOA reserves the right to close the tennis courts at any time and without notice.
Courts may be reserved online by KCOA members only. Any KCOA member who wishes to make tennis court reservations will need to setup an online tennis profile. If you wish to make a reservation you will need to specify who you are or setup a new profile if you do not already have one. The following are the main points of the Tennis Court General Use Guidelines:
General Use Guidelines
- The four (4) Clubhouse courts can be reserved for Members’ tennis play between the hours of 8:00 am and 10:00 pm. The Lakeview courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot be reserved (except for events and activities authorized by the KCOA Board of Directors).
- Each court reserved is considered a separate reservation.
- Reservations can be made for no more than 90 minutes, and can be made up to 30 days in advance and no less than two (2) hours in advance.
- Members can place up to five (5) reservations in advance.
- Members must cancel any and all court reservations that are not to be utilized.
- Failure to cancel any unused court reservation may result in the loss of a Member’s right to reserve a tennis court.
- All complaints and suggestions regarding tennis court reservations should be made to the KC Clubhouse.
- A KCOA Member must accompany guests at all times.
- Courts may not be reserved for non-guest use.
- A reservation is deemed cancelled if the reserving Member fails to arrive within 15 minutes of the starting time of the reservation (including KCOA Authorized Tennis Team reservations).
